We give each project a nickname, often inspired by our own silly first impressions and/or an overall feeling of what a property might become in our vision. Feel free to refer to any property with its nickname should you wish to contact us about it. These are properties that we currently have in the pipe and are actively working on. Some will get the full shebang. Some we intend to make 'bank ready' so that a Buyer can easily finance it (pass inspections) while still getting a somewhat 'wholesale' price. That simply means we're keeping it affordable for the next guy. Maybe we do some big tickets and all repairs and you take on some cosmetics down the road.
